We are a local company and all merchandise is made with love here in Toronto, Canada.

When you order, you'll receive a bottle of our plant-based nail polish remover, two recyclable bamboo wipes, and an informative pamphlet detailing the product's unique benefits and ingredients.

Our nail polish remover is effective on all types of nail polishes, including regular, shellac, and acrylic. No matter your choice of finish, our formula is designed to handle it smoothly and efficiently.

Shipping and Return Policy

U.S. Shipping

  • 1 Business Day Order Processing: Most orders placed before 10 am EST Monday through Friday are processed within one business day. This applies only to parcel orders shipping within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Note that freight orders are often shipped within this time frame as well. Please be aware that Nature's Nail Care cannot be responsible for delays caused by weather, power outages, or other acts of nature beyond our control.
  • Lost Shipping: If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it is not found within 7 business days, we will either send a replacement at no extra charge or offer a full refund.

Canadian Shipping

  • 2 Business Day Order Processing: Applies to most orders placed on our website before 10 am EST, Monday through Friday, shipping within Canada. This timeframe also excludes freight orders, though they are often shipped within this period as well. Delays may occur around holidays and due to high product demand, including those influenced by COVID-19. Nature's Nail Care is not responsible for delays caused by weather, power outages, or other uncontrollable natural events.
  • Canadian Carriers: We utilize a variety of local couriers such as UPS and Canada Post. Your order may ship with one of these carriers, even if another is specified at checkout.

General Shipping Notes

  • Shipping rates vary based on the order size, weight, dimensions, and destination. Please note that deliveries to PO Boxes or freight forwarding centers are not possible.

We ship internationally, delivering our eco-friendly products to customers around the world. See shipping prices for details on delivery to your location.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email us at support at naturesnails.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will offer a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you will receive a refund minus the cost of delivery charges. In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please contact our support team, and we will address your case and provide a replacement.

We do not offer refunds on items that are opened or used unless product is faulty. You can return any unopened items within 21 days of purchase. Warranty of product covers the replacement of product only.

Customers must arrange (at their own cost) to return goods to our address (see below contact information). We recommend using a tracked delivery service from your chosen provider. You must also return the goods in a saleable sealed condition. Please note we cannot refund items that are damaged during transit due to improper packaging, so please make sure you package the returning items properly.
